Newcastle’s Emily Rex has hardly landed in LA beginning her US adventures when she announces a collaboration with Azure Antoinette as Spare Pages. Azure Antoinette – a performance poet with an avid love of poignant lyrics and rich vocals and Emily Rex – an Australian nightingale that grew from Polynesian heritage with a rampant passion for R&B, jazz, and soul music genres. Together, they have harnessed a new space for their sound; if you have a love for haunting lyrics, honest vocal talent – then Spare Pages is devoutly for you.
