Based on the Sunshine Coast, Soulchase is known for its powerful Holy Spirit inspired big chorus lyrics, catchy melody hooks and bold sound.
Lead singer/songwriter, Nick Reeve wrote the first album, creating and recording his music with Sean Taylor (original bass player for Newsboys) and drummer Steve Jones and others along the way. With a few good years of festival playing the band has gathered momentum and new addition, Lorissa manners, keyboard player and singer/songwriter has joined the crew.
The Soulchase lineup has changed again this year with Nick Reeve (vox/guitar), Lorissa Manners (keys/vox) and Steve Jones (dums) plus new additions of Jimmy Haffendon-Carr (guitar/vox) and Dale Soo Choon (bass/vocals).
New songs are coming from every corner of the band! Working together to create a unique sound and a bold declaration of God’s amazing grace and goodness.
Nick Reeves reflects, “Soulchase is the adventure we can take that allows the wind to blow away the dust of life in the rough places of our hearts. We can chase after a soul connection with Jesus, keep our eyes fixed on him and on his love for us that he expressed toward us on the cross.”
Soulchase is excited about chasing down the unknown adventures yet to come, with a heart to help believer’s connect to the powerful presence of God through music.
